The Global Educator and Trainer Challenge commenced on November 12th and was conducted entirely online.
The challenge focused on the innovative learning solution “Supply Chain and Market Expansion”, powered by The Fresh Connection. Participants competed in four intense rounds over two weeks, working in teams of four (up to five).
Each team assumed the role of managing a virtual company—a struggling juice manufacturing business with declining performance. The objective was to bring the company back on track quickly and efficiently, demonstrating advanced strategic skills and insights to navigate the complexities of supply chain expansion.

The team competed against over 30 teams from various countries and achieved outstanding results. This success highlighted the potential for integrating logistics and supply chain simulation software into teaching and learning, offering opportunities to enhance academic and professional development within the faculty.

全球教育者与培训者挑战赛于2024年11月12日正式拉开帷幕，并全程在线进行。
此次挑战赛聚焦于创新学习解决方案——“供应链与市场扩展”，由 The Fresh Connection 提供技术支持。参赛者在两周内参加了四轮激烈的比赛，以四人（最多五人）为一组展开竞争。
每支团队承担管理一家虚拟公司的角色——一家面临业绩下滑的果汁制造企业。参赛者的任务是迅速有效地让公司重回正轨，展现其应对供应链扩展复杂性的高级战略技能与洞察力。
