Science stream
- 马来西亚统考文凭: With a minimum of 5 credits including 2 Science and Mathematics subjects
- STPM: With a minimum of CGPA 2.50 and above
- A-Level: With a minimum of CGPA 2.50 and at least a Grade C in any 2 Science and Mathematics subjects
- Foundation/ Matriculation: Foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Foundation in Science with CGPA 2.50
- Diploma/ Advanced Diploma: Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine or any Science related Diploma with CGPA 2.50 或 Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine or any Science related Diploma with CGPA 2.00 to 2.49 and a minimum of 2 years working experiences in relevant field
- 其他: ATAR is >65 或 Degree holder with accreditation in any field 或 Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
- 国际学生英语能力要求: IELTS 5.0 or its equivalent 或 MUET Band 3 或 its equivalent
Non Science stream
- STPM: With a minimum of CGPA 2.50 and above and credits in any 2 Science subjects and Mathematics at SPM level
- Foundation/ Matriculation: Foundation in other fields with a minimum of CGPA 2.50 and above including credits in any 2 Science subjects and Mathematics at SPM level
- 其他: ATAR is >65 AND Credit in any 2 Science subjects and Mathematics at SPM or its equivalent 或 Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
- 国际学生英语能力要求: IELTS 5.0 or its equivalent 或 MUET Band 3 或 its equivalent
